Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TooEasyApps, including our website and application.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI & Data Usage page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Core terms
2. The Service
TooEasyApps provides AI-assisted writing and analysis tools, including Humanizer, De-Escalator, Tone Changer, paraphraser, grammar checker, AI Detector, discussion and reply generators, email assistant, sources assistant, and related features. Availability, credit limits, and fair-use rules depend on your plan. AI Detector and similar scores are estimates, not proof of authorship or misconduct. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You may need an account, for example through Google sign-in, to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, remain responsible for account activity, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, violate third-party rights, submit harmful or infringing content, probe or bypass security, overload the Service through automation, resell access without consent, or use the Service to facilitate academic dishonesty or other prohibited misconduct. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes additional rules. We may investigate, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
Acceptable Use Policy4.1 AI-generated output
Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any output, including compliance with school, employer, platform, and disclosure rules. TooEasyApps does not guarantee that outputs will bypass detection tools, satisfy grading rubrics, or meet professional standards.
5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
5.1 Fees
Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor, such as Stripe. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are presented at checkout and may change for new purchases; we will provide notice of material changes where required.
5.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically for the term you select until you cancel through Account → Billing & subscription → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal) or as described in your receipts. Canceling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Credits
One-time credit packs add to your in-app credit balance as described on the pricing page. Top-up credits expire after 90 days unless stated otherwise at purchase. Credits are intangible entitlements to use the Service as offered; they may expire or change if we update the product, subject to applicable law and any explicit commitment we make at purchase.
5.4 Payment failures
If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds or the subscription ends.
Additional legal details
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by TooEasyApps and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or that output will meet any particular requirement, standard, or policy. TooEasyApps is not a law firm, therapist, HR department, or academic institution. Tools such as De-Escalator provide drafting suggestions only—not legal, medical, mental-health, HR, or crisis advice. Do not rely on the Service for emergency or high-stakes decisions without qualified professional review.
7.1 Moderation
We may review, remove, or restrict user-submitted content (such as feature suggestions), suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with payment providers or authorities to enforce these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TooEasyApps and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability or US $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify TooEasyApps and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes will lie in Delaware state and federal courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the Last updated date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where consent is required by law.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TooEasyApps regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
14. Contact
