1. Scope
This AI & Data Usage page applies to your use of TooEasyApps features that process text, generate outputs, store account activity, or rely on third-party infrastructure. It supplements our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy.
AI and data practices
2. Content you submit
When you use TooEasyApps, the text you submit may be sent to AI systems and supporting infrastructure so we can generate rewrites, thread replies, suggestions, or related outputs. You should not submit information you are not allowed to share.
3. How AI output is created
AI outputs are generated from your prompts, settings, selected tools, and related context needed to fulfill your request. Outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific use, so you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before use.
4. Service providers
OpenAI powers rewriting, grammar, tone, email and discussion assistants, and related tools. Ryne powers Humanizer and AI detection scoring. Document uploads (PDF/DOCX) are parsed on our servers before relevant text is sent for AI processing. We also use Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, Datafast and Contentsquare (when you accept cookies), and Chatway for hosting, storage, payments, email, monitoring, analytics, and support.
5. Training and model improvement
We do not sell your submitted content. We do not use customer content to train our own models. We use submitted content and outputs to provide the Service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, enforce limits, and improve product reliability. Third-party AI providers process data under their API terms; we configure services to limit training and retention where provider controls are available.
6. Logs, retention, and diagnostics
We retain account data, usage records (such as word counts and credits charged—not full prompts in our database by default), and technical logs for as long as needed to provide the Service, investigate abuse, resolve support issues, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. AI providers may retain data per their own policies during inference. Retention may vary by data category.
7. Sensitive information
Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, secrets, credentials, payment card numbers, protected health information, confidential third-party material, or content you do not have permission to process through AI tools.
8. Your control and responsibility
You choose what to submit, which outputs to use, and whether AI-generated material fits your context. You remain responsible for complying with laws, platform rules, school policies, workplace policies, and any disclosure requirements that apply to your use.
9. Changes to this policy
AI systems, providers, and data practices can evolve. We may update this page as our Service changes, and we will update the Last updated date when we do.
10. Contact
For questions about AI processing, submitted content, or data usage, contact us through the support or contact options provided in the Service.
Contact usAI can help with drafting and revision, but you should always review outputs before relying on or submitting them.
