Account and sign-in
Your TooEasyApps account is tied to Google sign-in so you can access your subscription, credits, and saved settings from the same identity.
Signing in
Use the same Google account each time you sign in. Your subscription and credit access are connected to that account.
If you sign in with a different Google account, it may look like your plan is missing because you are viewing a separate account.
Account settings
Once signed in, open account settings from the app menu to review your profile, billing area, referrals, and support links.
If you cannot access the app area, start from the login page and sign in again with Google.

For account-specific problems, contact support from the same email address you use for TooEasyApps. That makes it easier to match your message to the correct subscription.
